John Joseph Garza, DDS, MSD

Dr. John Joseph Garza, DDS, MSD was born and raised just south of Sugar Land, TX. As a true Texan, he completed his Bachelor’s Degree, Dental Degree, General Dentistry Residency, Orthodontics Residency, and his Master’s Degree all in Houston, TX! Dr. Garza is also Board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction not held by all orthodontists.

Dr. Garza is passionate about dentistry and education. He has served as a clinical assistant professor in the Restorative and Prosthodontics Department as well as in the Orthodontics Department at The University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, TX. He has also been involved in organized dentistry, previously serving on the Board of Directors and as Secretary-Treasurer for the Texas Association of Orthodontics.

As an orthodontist, creating beautiful smiles is Dr. Garza’s greatest passion. He finds great joy in seeing the transformation that orthodontics can bring.

In his free time, Dr. Garza can be found fishing with his kids, tinkering under the hood of his old Mustang, or enjoying a cup of coffee with his wife, Dr. Tina Garza, DDS!
